We know the web design process can be daunting to tackle alone. What colors do I use? Which fonts? Where do they go? What do I say? What are my best images? We'll handle the stress for you.  Choose from one of our website layouts in the Design Market (we also work with templates made by other Showit designers).  We'll get you started with a few branding assignments, take the content you give us and customize it to create a website that is 100% unique to your brand.

After the contract and deposit are squared away, we'll begin with a few simple branding assignments. We use these to learn more about you, your brand, and your ideal client. Next, we'll dive into your color palette, typography selections, and content implementation. From there, the project starts to take shape. We'll implement your photos and content into the design, and give it it's own unique flair. We'll make any final edits to the website, chat about some promo, and publish your final design! When we're all done we'll toast to the launch of your new home on the web! The design process is entirely based on back and forth communication between client + designer, so when you book your date, it's important that you are readily available to respond to emails from our team.

We work exclusively with Showit 5 for all of our websites. Above all, we love Showit's drag and drop customizability. Their sites are fully responsive, allow for SEO optimization, and are 100% customizable. Scroll up to read more about the Showit 5 platform, or check out our own personal recommendation, here! We've been a long time user, almost since day one! We no longer design Squarespace websites, and we do not work with Wix or ProPhoto sites.

The design process takes about three weeks to complete from first login to final publish. We like to allow an extra week for emergencies or technical difficulties, bringing the total timeframe up to 4 weeks. When you book your work dates with us, we'll immediately get you started with your branding assignments. Since we usually have a bit of a wait list, you'll have ample time to complete these at your leisure. They will need to be completed one week before your scheduled start date. 

We no longer offer logo design as it's own a la carte service. Logo design may be added on to any template refresh for an additional fee (please contact the studio for details) and it is included as part of our larger branding packages.

We perform basic SEO optimization to all of our websites. This includes keywords, h1 tags, page titles, and meta descriptions. We will also educate you in the proper way to name your images, and the best way to write your content for optimal SEO. If you are interested in an additional SEO boost, we highly recommend Turner Web Services. Their knowledge and expertise goes above and beyond all others. A majority of our clients book TWS after the design is complete. We highly recommend this to all Showit users!

Our base $1800 price includes 5 pages (normally our clients choose the following: home, about, info, portfolio, contact) and a matching blog design. We are happy to include additional pages for a small fee! Inquire with the studio for details.

Yes! We want to see all of our clients happy and we will do everything we can do to help you learn the Showit platform so that you can update your site with ease. Showit has an extensive collection of help docs, tutorials and videos, plus an amazing support team to help you with any technical difficulties! Check out their resource page here.

Yes, we normally have a 2-3 month wait list. We're currently booking for Fall 2017. Send us an inquiry and we'll get you started! Once you select a date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit, you're officially on the schedule!
